Private Mediation
Fees for private mediation are determined by the
complexity, time and value of the dispute at issue.
The fee will be discussed and pre-agreed with the parties.
Andrew's fee for mediating a dispute,
culminating in a full day’s mediation
ranges from
$2,200 to $3,750 per party + GST.

I do not charge for initial meetings for parties seeking information and welcome enquiry and discussion to assess whether mediation or facilitation are a good fit.
