Andrew is an accredited FDR provider for Fairway and as of 1 July 2025, mediation fees are covered via MOJ for FDR mediation (refer MOJ website)
Private Mediation
Fees for private mediation are determined by the
complexity, time and value of the dispute at issue.
The fee will be discussed and pre-agreed with the parties.
Andrew's fee for mediating a dispute,
culminating in a full day’s mediation
ranges from
$2,200 to $3,750 per party + GST.
FDR Mediation
